ChurnZero expands partnership with HubSpot

ChurnZero extends HubSpot certification and expands integration to help customer success teams increase the effectiveness of their retention strategies

Washington, D.C, December 21, 2023ChurnZero, the platform and partner for customer success, has completed the HubSpot App Ascend Program and has been recertified in the HubSpot App Marketplace. ChurnZero has been a HubSpot Certified App since 2020.

HubSpot’s App Partner Program is an ecosystem of valuable third-party integrations, in which certified integrations must demonstrate an investment in product quality and customer experience.  To become certified, HubSpot reviews security and privacy standards, reliability and performance, usability and accessibility, and the value the app delivers.

In addition to its recertification, ChurnZero has enhanced its integration with HubSpot to equip users with more of the data they need to serve customers within both systems.

The integration now offers customers the ability to:

  • Add HubSpot deal line items, associated with an account in ChurnZero, to see and use that data in their customer segments.
  • Create single or bidirectional syncs of ChurnZero Notes and HubSpot Deals, ensuring that both platforms have the most up-to-date customer information.
  • Directly map CSAT, CES, and tenure information into HubSpot for greater insight into customers’ satisfaction.
