ChurnZero launches certification program for digital customer success

ChurnZero users can build their knowledge of digital best practices and showcase their platform expertise to earn new professional opportunities.

Washington, D.C, January 4, 2024—ChurnZero, the platform and partner for customer success, has launched a certification program to build and showcase users’ expertise with ChurnZero software, which helps CS teams work efficiently, enhance their customers’ experience, and build more revenue. Developed by ChurnZero’s training and enablement team, the first certification, ChurnZero Foundations, is available now, exclusively for ChurnZero customers, with a second Core Configurations certification for advanced users to be released in Q1 2024.

The first certification, which users can prepare for with ChurnZero Academy learning courses, focuses on the ability to solve digital CS challenges with ChurnZero’s automation, segmentation, plays, and more.

  • ChurnZero Academy: a free curriculum for all ChurnZero customers to master ChurnZero’s software.
  • ChurnZero Community: a member-led space for problem solving and discussion of customer success strategies and tactics.
  • In-person and online learning: ChurnZero offers a series of local RYG meetups for customer success leaders, as well as thought leadership events and webinars to evolve the industry’s best practices.
