Annual packages of hands-on operational and strategic support, technical enablement, and targeted training are now available to all ChurnZero customers.

Staffed by in-house advisors from ChurnZero’s award-winning customer experience team, Services Suite offers substantial, hands-on assistance with customer success strategy, operations, and execution of sophisticated workflows within ChurnZero and its integrations with customers’ technology stacks.

Currently, ChurnZero provides each customer with a dedicated configuration specialist, data specialist, and customer success manager to assist with implementation, data integrations and day-to-day needs.
