The ChurnZero platform and customer data is stored securely with our infrastructure hosting vendor, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is processed by sub-processors such as Salesforce and Hubspot. ChurnZero shares information only with approved sub-processors for the purposes of customer support, success, and relationship management. Customer information may also be shared with email and database providers for the purposes of marketing and communication. Such third parties are prohibited from using any personally identifiable information we share with them for any other purpose.
Upon request from a, ChurnZero may use additional third-party vendor(s) to fulfill promotions on behalf of ChurnZero and the client. Any third-party vendor of ChurnZero is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
We will retain a copy of your information in accordance with law and only so long as necessary to provide you with high quality and consistent services including marketing services and account information.
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely through the use of strong security and encryption.
Information collected by our website or transferred to us from other sources will be processed in the United States.
INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES

ChurnZero has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU and Switzerland. Under certain circumstances, you may have the option to select binding arbitration for the resolution of your complaint as outlined in Annex I of the Privacy Shield Binding Arbitration Mechanism.
