ChurnZero earns industry recognition for AI, analytics and customer satisfaction

ChurnZero named finalist for two 2026 CODiE Awards and shortlisted in four categories by The 2026 SaaS Awards

WASHINGTON, D.C. — June 23, 2026ChurnZero, the AI platform and partner for customer growth, today announced it has been named a finalist in two categories in the 2026 CODiE Awards and shortlisted in four categories by The 2026 SaaS Awards.

About the CODiE recognition

Now in its 40th year, the CODiE Awards are the technology industry’s most established peer-reviewed recognition program. Finalists are selected through a rigorous evaluation process conducted by hundreds of independent industry experts, including business leaders, educators, and subject matter specialists in each product category. ChurnZero was named a finalist in two categories: Best AI-Driven Technology Solution and Best Customer Experience (CX) Solution — the latter a new category for 2026.

As a finalist, ChurnZero automatically advances to the community voting round, which is open from June 17 to July 3. During this period, a curated group of 1,500+ technology leaders who have applied to join the CODiE Awards community will review finalists and cast votes that contribute to the final scores. 

About the SaaS Awards recognition

First launched in 2016 and operated by The Cloud Awards, The SaaS Awards is one of the world’s leading platforms for recognizing achievement and innovation in software-as-a-service. ChurnZero was shortlisted in four categories: 

  • Highest Customer Satisfaction with a SaaS Product,
  • Best SaaS Product for Business Productivity,
  • Best SaaS Product for BI/Analytics and Reporting, and 
  • Best Data-Driven SaaS Innovation.

The program will now begin its second round of judging, whittling the shortlist down to finalists in each category.
