Customer leaders from G2, Canto, Intradiem and more will share practical strategies for improving retention, scaling digital customer success and building AI-ready teams.
Washington, D.C., July 29, 2026—ChurnZero, the AI platform and partner for customer growth, today announced the initial speaker lineup and agenda for ZERO-IN 2026, its annual conference for customer growth leaders. Taking place Nov. 5-6 in Nashville, Tennessee, the event will bring together customer success executives and practitioners to address how AI, revenue accountability and changing business economics are reshaping customer organizations. Registration is open with early-bird pricing available through September 1.
“AI is changing how organizations are approaching revenue generation, which requires new strategies from customer success and post-sale leaders,” said YouMon Tsang, founder and CEO of ChurnZero. “ZERO-IN moves these conversations beyond theory, giving attendees insights from leaders using AI to solve customer challenges, reshape their organizations and drive growth without losing the human aspect of the customer success role.”
