Our award-winning product team finished 2025 strong with an incredible set of ChurnZero product releases in Q4 2025.
See below for new AI Agents and capabilities, Engagement AI enhancements, and more new ways to manage and grow your customers with efficiency.
New! ChurnZero AI Agents, Marketplace and Hub.
ChurnZero AI Agents are your always-on problem solvers—listening between the lines of every interaction, spotting risk and opportunity early, and keeping your playbook moving even when your team is heads-down with customers.
These digital teammates continuously surface best-next-step recommendations, carry out those actions on a schedule or on request, and automate the work that slows you down.
The AI Hub, meanwhile, is your new, central workspace for discovering, adding, and managing AI agents. Its AI Marketplace includes agents for meeting summaries, relationship risks, advocacy detection, Success Plan generation, and more.

Additional ChurnZero AI Agent: VERSE
Verse helps you add tailored insights and takeaways to Dynamic Slide presentations by analyzing the slides you generate and turning raw data into clear, ready-to-present content—including executive summaries, slide explanations, recommendations, and next steps.
Additional ChurnZero AI Agent: CRUX
Crux helps your team turn Dynamic Slide presentations into polished, customer-facing summary emails. It analyzes presentation content and generates focused follow-ups that clearly communicate outcomes, impact, and recommended next steps.
AI signal enhancements
Some of our new generate signals which might highlight shifts in engagement, early signs of risk, or changes in customer sentiment that could affect renewals or overall account health.
Signals give your team a clearer view of what’s changing and why, helping you step in early to strengthen relationships or address emerging issues. The way they work is already evolving.
- ChurnScores now accept AI Signals as scoring factors: you can score accounts using the number of detected signals or the most recent signal.
- Signal Segment results now include account attribute columns, giving you direct visibility into account level context alongside signal data, which supports faster analysis.
- Alerts created from Signal Segments now support three additional merge fields: you can insert Details, Summary, and Recommended Next Steps to provide clearer context in alert messages.
- Signal segment types are now supported in the Segment Results widget within Custom Dashboards and Account Insights.
Engagement AI updates
Engagement AI, which helps you understand what matters to your customers and why by analyzing sentiment, relationship dynamics, and trending topics, is evolving too.
- New filters: New toggles in Engagement AI settings allow the exclusion of activities created from plays and journeys, giving you more control over which activities should influence Engagement AI.
- Relationship Map updates: The Relationship Map now saves each user’s selected contacts and filters at the account level—and the customized view persists instead of reverting to admin defaults. You can still reset to admin defaults when needed.
- Relationship Maps also now support single-select fields as secondary contact metadata, giving you more flexibility to highlight specific contact attributes that matter to you.
- Zendesk tickets: Finally, Engagement AI now analyzes Zendesk ticket cards for sentiment and topics, which contribute to relationship scoring. These cards appear on timelines when Engagement AI is enabled.
The best of the rest: more Q4 2025 feature releases from ChurnZero.
Quick Search agenda: Click into the Quick Search bar and you’ll now see your agenda for the day without having to open the Command Center. The preview includes upcoming meetings, tasks due, and messages waiting for review.
Success Plan sharing: You can now include Success Plan details directly in Success Centers by adding the Account Insights widget. Customers can see shared goals, milestones, and next steps without leaving the Success Center.
Zoom sync enhancements:
- Zoom meeting data now syncs to ChurnZero even when attendees are not logged into Zoom, as long as the meeting matches a calendar event synced through Google or Outlook.
- When meetings sync from calendar integrations, you can now edit the recording link. This helps when recordings become available later, or need to be updated.
Improved external email sharing: Emails sent from Account Insights, Journey Reports, and Success Plans now appear as trackable messages in Message Segments, with full content, recipients, and timestamps.
Rich Text formatting: You can now use rich text formatting when sharing links to custom dashboards and renewal reports, allowing you to add bold text or hyperlinks to make reports easier to read.
Table Properties menu: We added a new Table Properties menu to give you clearer control over table formatting. We also fixed table padding issues in Play-generated emails, so vertical and horizontal padding render correctly in email clients.
