ChurnZero product release notes Q4 2024: Success Plans, Meetings Updates + Integrations, new Command Center

It was a busy, productive end to 2024 for the ChurnZero team! Read on for highlights around our reimagined Command Center, new Success Plans, and exciting enhancements to Meetings.

1. New ChurnZero feature: Success Plans

Details: Success Plans are the new blueprint for customers and CS teams alike. Set and track clear, measurable goals. Support customers while preparing for contract renewals. Tailor personalized, high value plans for accounts and communications in just a few clicks. Provide shareable documents, updated in real time, to outline a customer’s unique goals and keep them accountable, informed, and achieving at the right pace.

2. New ChurnZero feature: Command Center, revamped

Core functionality remains the same, but an enhanced, modern UI helps each CSM navigate all of their daily responsibilities and To Dos in one place. It’s the ultimate workspace, optimized for clarity.

  • An intuitive, more scannable display with all of your favorites (pin segments, see score changes, manage tasks and meetings), plus more enhanced capabilities for robust datasets

3. Updated feature: Meetings functionality and integrations

Details: The new Meetings experience is the ideal, single workspace for managing any customer engagement, from meetings and recordings to detailed summaries and follow-up tasks. Add an integration with Gong or Chorus to unify all of your customer call recordings and their AI summaries and insights  directly into ChurnZero. And it’s all built directly into the new Command Center calendar view.
