What’s new on ChurnZero’s platform? This month: A new starter library for playsteps, extended Slack integrations, and more AI enhancements.
See the metrics that matter on Profile custom table tabs.
Summary rows show aggregate numbers across a table, the same way they do for segments, and admins configure which metrics appear when they set up the table’s columns. Filter a table to narrow what shows. Add the same table to a tab more than once with different filters, and you can organize views around how you work.
Start AI Play steps from a new starter library.
Build a Send AI Email Play step, powered by Pilot, from a new starter library. Browse use case templates, like an onboarding welcome or an unanswered outreach, that pre-fill the AI email field settings. Edit anything a starter fills in to match your playbook.
Reach your team in Slack and Teams from any Play with the Chat Notification Step.
A new Chat Notification Step sends an automated Slack or Teams message from any play type: account, contact or custom table. Your team sees what needs attention in the tools they work in day-to-day. Configure recipients by user, role, role manager or channel, write one message body with merge fields, and it goes out to every connected Slack and Teams channel at once. Connect Slack or Teams to ChurnZero and the step appears in your play builder. The play report tracks every send over time.
Segment and report on Play records created with Run Agent.
Segment Notes, Success Plans and Signals by the Run Agent steps that created them, down to the Playbook and step. The Source column shows which Play produced each record, and the Play Report adds Processed Records and Total Created charts for Run Agent steps. Trace any record back to the play that produced it.
Agents that work from your customer context.
Several agents now draw on the Customer Intelligence Profile (CIP), so their output reflects your customer goals and context. The more complete the profile, the sharper the result.
- Crux writes presentation summary emails in the sender’s voice. It pulls greeting, tone and sign-off from their AI Writing Profile, and CIP applies CX best practices to the content itself.
- Baton, Liftoff and Transfer ground their handoffs in CIP context alongside account and contact data. The incoming CSM starts with a fuller picture and less guesswork.
- Consult grounds Success Plans in your business context and definition of success. Drawing on both Knowledge Sources and the CIP, it frames each plan in the customer’s own terms.
