ChurnZero named finalist in 2024 SIIA CODiE Awards for Best Customer Service Solution and Customer Success Team of the Year

Washington, D.C, March 28, 2024: ChurnZero, the platform and partner for customer success, has been named a finalist for two 2024 SIIA CODiE awards: Best Customer Service Solution and Customer Success Team of the Year.

The prestigious awards program, run by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), recognizes the companies that create the most innovative business technology. ChurnZero, which helps customer success teams worldwide work more efficiently, deliver greater customer value, and drive more revenue, was named a CODiE winner in 2018 and 2023, and a CODiE finalist in 2019, 2021 and 2022 for best Customer Success Management Solution and Best Client Success Team.
