ChurnZero is announcing that we are now available in the Zoho Marketplace for Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk customers to take advantage of our robust integration.

The Zoho Marketplace is an online store where users can find and install extensions that enhance the core functionality of their Zoho products. The seamless integration will let you do more with your Customer Success operations by pulling in Zoho objects directly into your ChurnZero platform.

ChurnZero is a real-time Customer Success solution that helps subscription business fight customer churn. Its software allows businesses to better understand how their customers are using their products and assess their likelihood of renewal. With this ChurnZero integration you can map together data from your Zoho CRM with data from other sources – such as usage data from your product. The integration supports the sync of your Zoho CRM data including; accounts, contacts, tasks, deals and user accounts.

When logged into your ChurnZero platform you can also easily click through directly to view the account or contact in your Zoho CRM.
