Product release notes: New ChurnZero AI enhancements for Q3 2025
Streamline your email creation.
Use AI directly in the Compose modal and the email or announcement play step editor. AI can adjust the format, length, and tone of your content, helping you get messages just right with less manual editing. Want to see it in action? Create an email for an account, or go to an email Play step. Write your email (or use a content template), select the content you want to modify, then click on the new AI button.
Add meeting notes to Snapshot AI.
You can now include meeting notes in your Snapshot AI analysis of customer account histories. While meetings were already factored into the insights, this enhancement takes it a step further by incorporating the actual content of your meeting notes. Admins can choose which types of meetings to include notes from.
Get an even better pulse on customer relationships.
We’ve made refinements to how Relationship Scores are calculated, using insights from a broader set of customer data. These updates are part of our ongoing work to make scores more accurate and reflective of real engagement.

Keep better tabs on your customers’ Success Plans.
We’ve released two new Success Plan widgets to help you stay informed on your customers’ journeys to success. Custom dashboards show you high-level metrics, like Success Plan status and goal counts across all accounts. Account insights provide a more detailed view of individual plans, goal progress, and timelines.
Tip: try a dashboard that highlights all accounts with Success Plans beginning in 2025.
Streamline how you create and respond to customer emails.
Now, you can easily start an email using the Quick Actions button in account and contact profiles, or from messages on the Timeline. You can also use our updated email editor to compose emails with a fresh look, auto-save, and smoother formatting. In-app replies let you respond to emails directly within ChurnZero, with no switching back and forth. Finally, a new editor and actions make it easier to review and manage your messages.
Say goodbye to manual QBR slide updates.
Finally, your CSMs can generate polished, account-specific slides directly from ChurnZero using admin-uploaded templates. Each deck automatically pulls in live data like widgets, attributes, and metrics, so presentations are always up to date, personalized, and ready to share.
