Here’s how our referral program works:

• You tell us the name and email address of the person you’d like to refer.
• A ChurnZero team member will reach out to you to facilitate an email introduction to your referral.
• After the introduction, we’ll work with them directly to explore how we can help them.
• You earn a $50 Amazon gift card after we talk with your referral, and have your choice of a $250 gift card OR a free ticket to our annual CS leadership conference when your referral becomes a ChurnZero customer.

The fine print

Your referral cannot be an existing ChurnZero customer, or already working with someone on our sales team. If you can not accept gifts, we will donate the money to a charity of your choice. To be eligible for the gift cards, your referral must become a ChurnZero customer within six months of lead submission. The initial $50 gift card will be paid to you within one week of an introductory call between a member of our sales team and your referral. The $250 gift card or conference ticket discount code will be sent to you within four months of your referral becoming a customer.
