Going for Success


Starting a new business is no easy matter (even if this is not your first one) . But it is easier if you have a mission that you feel strongly about. ChurnZero is our (Mark Heys and You Mon Tsang) new company. And it is born out of real pain that we experienced: how do we equip our customer success team to be as productive as possible?

Customer success is the art and science of keeping customers happy so that they stay customers in this new age of the subscription economy. We’ve interviewed a lot of companies thus far and all agree that customer success is SOOO important but has yet to be a repeatable process. And it has yet to have good technology supporting it.

So here we are: with a need in the marketplace and desire in our heart to create a platform for customer success software. Wish us luck!
