A year has gone by since the COVID-19 pandemic shuttered doors to in-person conferences, and the industry responded accordingly by converting most live events into virtual experiences.
Today, the industry is starting to meet face-to-face again as vaccines are being distributed across the country. In response, some organizations have slatted in-person events for the tail end of 2021.
For those of us who are excited to interact with their colleagues again and learn from industry and Customer Success experts in a conference setting, we have compiled this list of the top three in-person events that are happening for you to consider making plans to attend before the end of this year.

The Technology & Services Industry Association (TSIA) is putting on an in-person (limited-capacity) and virtual immersive learning experience. TSW features the world’s leading tech companies discussing how to respond to today’s technology and services challenges.
This semiannual conference for technology and service teams take place in the spring and fall. Technology & Services World is the fall, global hybrid event where you can join in person in Las Vegas or virtually.
